WILLIAM BLAKE - ANGEL OF REVELATION
After our many live online presentations during lockdown, this original work was performed before a live audience ‘in the room and in zoom’, what we call a ‘zroom’ production!
We were delighted to be invited by the Bookery Gallerie, London on the occasion of Blake’s birthday on 28th November to share our offering to a packed room and a full house online. It was wonderful to perform before such an attentive and appreciative audience.
Also, everyone enjoyed a spontaneous and joyful ‘jam’ session post performance!
Thank you to Ron and Rosey the most amicable and fun hosts and for your total support of this production.

ABOUT BLAKE’S BIRTHDAY PRESENTATION
Monday 28th November.
“I have conversed with the Spiritual Sun; I saw Him on Primrose Hill”
William Blake
William Blake Fellowship takes us behind the scenes of the famous quote of Blake’s Vision on top of Primrose Hill, engraved in stone edging there today.
With a blend of storytelling, recital, song and dance the performance brings to life William and Catherine as they labour, love, laugh and live their everyday artist lives in 18th century London hoping to make their mark in futurity.
Leading the cast is Tim Bruce award winning actor, narrator and baritone, with Francesco Bucci, Carol Robertson, and musicians Devdut Scialo and Shanti Bowen-Dahmus.

BLAKE FOR CHILDREN - PRIMARY EDUCATION
We are very proud to work with 2Simple, award winning education software company who supported an initiative to make Blake’s work available to young children.
So many adults we meet tell us they were first introduced to William Blake at primary school. Although Blake is in the National Curriculum, we are keen to make him available on line too.
2Simple’s amazing team of Mark Burrows and Alban Squires through their ‘bringing the curriculum to life’ online platform, ‘Purple Mash’ created an inspiring interactive educational programme around Blake’s Songs of Innocence and Experience. The programme included Teacher notes and plans written by our very own fellow Simon Clarke.
